Billing Options..."You Decide"
With the BEA Pre-pay billing service you pay for electricity in advance how and when you choose. You are not required to put up a deposit only a connection fee. Pre-pay billing is like buying gas for your vehicle. Your fuel gauge monitors your fuel consumption and lets you know when you need to refuel. Our Pre-pay system through Myusage monitors your electrical consumption and notifies you by; phone, text messaging or email that your "tank" is running low. You can then choose from several payment options; at the BEA office, online, by phone or at one of our two Kiosks sites.
Our three Kiosks sites are at the BEA office foyer and lobby at 815 Tennessee St. Bolivar, TN and Maxwell Big Star grocery at 200 N. Main ST. Bolivar TN. and Hwy 57 Grocery and Deli at 138 Hwy 57 E. Grandjunction TN
Traditional Post-paid Billing
With Traditional post-paid billing service, you pay for electricity after you use it. You will be required to pay a deposit and connection fee to activate your service. Once your service is activated, you will get a bill once a month. If you fail to pay your electric bill within 10 days after the past due date, your service will be disconnected and you will then owe the total bill with late fee and reconnect fee to be reconnected.
BEA post-paid service offers paperless billing via email and auto-pay through bank draft option so you never have to worry about missing a payment. You can mail in your payment, pay at the BEA office, pay online, pay by phone or at one of our two Kiosks sites.
